Remote Client Relationship Manager

The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), a §501(c)(3) organization, is the nation’s leading provider of legal advocacy skills training and is based in Louisville, Colorado.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to fill the position. Qualified candidate should be a detailed oriented, energetic self-starter who can work independently, conducting sales process with little supervision.
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time business-to-business sales professional who is responsible for growing relationships with customers, converting sales of new and existing accounts, and for gaining new market share throughout the designated territory. The NITA Client Relationship Manager represents NITA in introducing, presenting, engaging in, and selling legal skills training courses. Will manage all resources necessary to achieve the goals established for revenue objectives on an annual basis; including the following duties and others as may be set from time to time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Identify potential customers; contact new and existing customers; conduct sales presentations based on client need for training course and delivery; secure sale commitments, present pricing information to interested parties, manage information and information systems; coordinate with Program staff to produce trainings that are sold; coordinate with Marketing staff to develop marketing initiatives and work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing on all initiatives.
•Manage all efforts required to meet short-term and exceed financial and enrollment budgets, and to build/enhance long- term NITA relationships and sales through strategic accounts.
•Develop and adjust a regional sales plan that plots the steps to be taken to reach and exceed public program and custom program revenue goals within assigned region.
•Learn and remain current about NITA Publications and studio71, using those offerings to represent the full scope of NITA, and conveying how they enhance the effectiveness of public and custom programs.
•At all times, serve the team’s need for knowledge and current information across Sales, Marketing, Programs, and other departments that may be pertinent in any situation.

Specific qualifications for the Client Relationship Manager will include:
•4+ years of sales and marketing experience
•Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement
•Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
•Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and develop long-lasting business relationships with your clients
•Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
•Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take risks and try new approaches
•Self-directed and organized
•Strong listening skills required
•Bachelor’s degree in related field
•Knowledge of legal community, legal training, and law firms preferred
•Ability to travel
•Likes people and seeks interaction with people
•Driven by opportunities to succeed personally and on behalf of NITA
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
